Dreams , a lot of dreams.... even I was one of you in 2017, a junior doctor with dreams, dream of doing post graduation somehow, that feeling got worse when colleagues locked seats by throwing money,It got worse when you felt helpless by seeing your juniors bypassing you, it was terrible when your friend joined as a consultant in front of you, it was a nightmare to be asked about your future plans by your parents or relatives.....It was hard for me as it was for you... but here is how I figured to get out of this way...I am pleased to share my story with you...PG in UK.
Why United Kingdom?
Comparatively easier exams
What was the best thing about the preparation?
we could learn the subjects along with the work
There are various ways to get in to UK for doctors,But I shall be focusing on the simplest one, PLAB route, Hold on.....!! Relaxx, its easier than you think it is....
Step 1 : Qualify in English language assessment ( IELTS/OET)
Step 2: PLAB 1 ( multiple choice questions)
step 3 : PLAB 2 ( OSCE practical assessment)
step 4 : GMC Registration
step 5 : Get a Job and move to UK
step 6 : start specialty training after clearing MSRA test or interviews
I could manage to cross step 5 in an year, and pursuing my dream now,
Its never late to start, the sooner you start the early you reach.
